  1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

2.1 Personal data

The personal data is the information about your name, telephone number, physical address, as well as all the master data that you have reported to us when opening your customer account. The statistical data that we collect, for example, when you visit our online store, and for which no direct link with you could be established, are not included here. This data is used, for example, for statistics about the most popular pages of our online store.

2.2 User account

We provide secure access, with a password, to the master data stored to each client registered (user account). Here you can consult the information about all your orders: those already processed, but also those pending or already shipped. Here you can also access and manage your address, bank details and newsletters. With a user account you agree to treat and use the personal data with confidentiality and to prevent access of such details by unauthorized third parties.

The feature “Remember me” allows you to return to this site, without having to enter your username and password again. However, for security reasons, you will be asked again to enter your password, for example, when you want to modify your personal data or when placing an order. We do not recommend using this function if the computer is used by several users. Please note that the feature “Remember me” is not available if you are using a configuration that automatically deletes cookies from your browser when you close the page.

2.3 Collection, processing and use of your personal data

We collect, store and process your personal data for the full processing of your purchase, including such possible subsequent cases of guarantee, and also for our Customer Service, for the technical administration of the website and for our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will be processed or transferred to third parties only when necessary for the purposes of contract or invoice processing, or if you have permitted this beforehand. Within the context of processing an order and delivery, for example, we share your personal data with the necessary third party service providers (for example, shipper and logistics companies and banks). They can only use your personal data only to perform their duties.  A different use of the personal data by third parties other than that necessary and described is not allowed.

For processing your order, we need that your personal information is correct and updated: name, address and bank details. We also need your e-mail address to inform you about the status of your order and to contact you.

Moreover, we use your personal information for your identification (user login). In addition, you will receive the order and the shipping confirmations by e-mail.

Your personal data will be deleted, in accordance with the legal periods of data storage, or in the case of you having claimed your right to deletion. This data will be deleted once it is no longer required, after the fulfilment of the purposes related with the storage, or when the data storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

2.4 Use of your data for social media purposes

Newsletter

Once you have subscribed, if you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can object to the processing of your personal data via the contact details indicated in number 1 (for example: e-mail, fax or letter). Moreover, you will find an “unsubscribe” link in each newsletter.

What a cookie is?

A cookie is a file that is stored on your computer’s browser directory when certain websites are visited. Cookies enable a website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about users’ browsing habits or their visitors. Depending on what information the cookies have and how you use your computer, cookies are used to recognize the users.

Which type of cookies uses our website?

Depending on the period of time they remain active, the cookies can be:

They are used to store information that is only needed for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion (for example, a list of products purchased).

– Persistent cookies: these cookies are saved on your computer for a fixed period of time and are not deleted when the browser is closed. For example, we use this type of cookies in the purchase or registration process, to store your preferences, so that they are remembered for the next visit.

When you browse our website, the following cookies can be installed on your device:

– Log cookies: when the user logs on to our website, a temporary cookie that identifies you as a registered user is installed. These cookies are used for identifying users’ account and associated services making browsing easier, without having to enter your details each time. This cookie is maintained as long as you do not leave your account, close the browser or turn off the device.

– Cookies for statistical analysis: they provide information on the browsing user behaviour anonymously. These cookies allow us to quantify the number of users and statistics analysis to control the use that users make of our services. With these cookies, browsing our web can be studied and our range of products and services improved. They can be our own cookies, or third-party cookies, such as those of Google Analytics.

Updating of cookies

The cookies of our website can be updated, so we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy regularly.

  1. Web analysis

In order to improve and optimize constantly our range of products, we use the so-called tracking techniques, making use of the Google Analytics services.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, that is, a small piece of text storage on your computer that allows Google for analyzing your use of our website. Information that the cookie generates when you use our website (including your IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there.

Please note that in our website we have incorporated to Google Analytics the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” in order to ensure IP address anonymization (Google anonymize IP process). That way, at our initiative, Google shortens and anonymizes your IP address to ensure that your IP address cannot be traced back to you.

The IP address transferred by your browser through Google Analytics will not be linked to other Google data. Google can transfer this information to third parties, where appropriate, if legally mandated or if Google contracts with third parties to process such data. Google will not associate your IP address with other Google data.

By using our website, you expressly consent to Google’s collection and storage of your data in the manner and for the purposes described above.

You can prevent the saving of cookies by adjusting the corresponding settings in your browser. However, all features of our website may not be available.

More information about Google Analytics and data protection cab be found in the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=es

  1. Social plugins

If you request more information about the purpose and the scope of data collection, and also about subsequent processing and use of data by social networks, you will find it within the data protection policies of the respective social networks or websites. There you will also find information about your rights and the configuration possibilities for the protection of your privacy. Below are the relevant links.

If you do not want that social networks collect information about you through our website, you have to end the user session in the social networking sites before visiting our website.

Even if you are not registered in the social networks, data can be sent to these networks from the websites with active social plugins. With an active plugin, in every visit to the website, a cookie with an identifier is activated. Given that in each connection to a network server your browser sends this cookie without consultation, the social network could create a profile about the websites visited by the user that corresponds to the identifier. It should be also quite possible that this identifier might be linked later to a person, for example, when registering at the social network at a later stage.

We use the following plugins in our websites:

If you do not want that social networks collect information about you through active cookies, you can disable the corresponding social plugins by a single clicking in our websites or selecting in your browser the “Block all third-party cookies without exception” checkbox (https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/Deshabilitar%20cookies%20de%20terceros). In this case, the browser does not send any cookie to the server when it finds contents from other providers. However, with this configuration, in addition to the plugins, it might be that no other functions on our websites would work.
